We do this by helping women overcome their own barriers and access opportunities in respectful organizations.

Returning women face many barriers to re-enter the workforce, including ageism, bias and skills gap.
To advance gender equality and economic inclusion, we aim to fill in existing female gaps within the workforce by helping experienced women successfully return to work after a career break.
We aim to collaborate with cross-industry organizations and leaders to commit time, effort and resources to pave sensitive, sensible and practical pathways that can relaunch women back into the workforce sustainably with respect and inclusion.
